Ordering Process

When you place an order on the Topwater site, your order is submitted but not immediately charged. We personally review every order to ensure it matches your exact boat configuration.

After you order, we will:

Contact you to confirm your boat model and details
Review the specific cushions included in your order
Walk through shipping options and delivery timing

Shipping Options & Costs

We ship via either UPS Ground or LTL Freight (for larger orders or full sets). Shipping method is determined based on the size and number of cushions in your order.

Our priorities are:

Protecting the cushions from damage
Minimizing your shipping cost
Delivering as quickly as possible

Bow Cushion Shipping

Bow cushions are one of the most expensive items to ship. They are large but lightweight, which causes carriers like UPS to price them based on dimensional size rather than weight.

As a result, shipping for a single bow cushion is typically $100+ . This is driven entirely by carrier pricing, not product weight.

If a bow cushion is included in a larger order, shipping becomes significantly more efficient and cost-effective.
